Sr. Graphic Designer

Full Time / Per Direct, Guangzhou

ORANGE BRANDING is currently expanding its complete graphic design department in Guangzhou. We look for creative graphic designers with experience in creating the art direction for a brand project until the production of print work, websites, and advertising.

The Graphic department is responsible for all visual communication of our company, projects and clients. This means both the creative process as well the production and realization of visual communication strategies.

We look for the following position:

Senior Graphic Designer

For all positions the scope of work is similar:

1. Work with foreign Creative team on branding and design projects and concepts

2. Liaison between other designers (Product, Web, Retail, Creative, Digital) to come to the best result for each client project

3. Identify new processes, improvement

4. Deliver brand identities and strategies for clients that want to grow their brand by our Orange Branding Methods.

Based on your portfolio, proven work experience, and business experience we scale your position and salary. Each function can grow into a more senior level, for senior level you can grow into a general management role for Orange Branding or Associate.

The type of person we look for:

1.You do not like half work, and "good enough" is not good enough for your ambitions

2.You always find big and small improvements by yourself

3.You are able to have full work overview but also able to deliver each step

4.You work with all details in mind, and are able to make quick concepts, at the same time you are able to finalise the artwork in the highest level in time.

Skills & Experience

More senior positions require more skills & Experiences

1. Proven experience in advertising, marketing, communication or design department

2. You have an international mind set to create real international brand

3. You are an excellent planner, alert team members for bottlenecks in time

4. Able to work independently and pro-actively report to management

5. Excellent in communication by Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

6. Highly proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator, etc.) and familiar with.

7. Being able to work with other design, web and multimedia software and applications is also important.

8. All positions are well spoken in English and Mandarin (Cantonese)

9. You are also able to write well in both English and Chinese

10. Typography, creativity, strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, client service attitude, required.

11. Able to communicate well and present concepts and details.
