Dinova Guangzhou is the Buying office for a French Discount Department Store: La Foir’Fouille. The Company mission is to organize their importation in collaboration with the French Category Manager. Products are usual goods from super market, excluding food and garment. Dinova’s teams are in charge of sourcing, sampling, translation, design packaging, production/shipment reporting, inspection, quality control.

Senior Merchandiser/Product Manager responsibilities are:

• Sourcing: Make sourcing and offer to French Category Manager.
• >3 directions for offers:
• Offer to answer specific request from France.
• Offer of new product.
• Offer of cheaper product.

• Sampling and HD Picture: Follow up samples and HD pictures requested by customer.
• Administrative part: Check and confirm Sales contract and purchase contract are correct. (Price, reference, description, quantities, packing and packaging)
• Manage orders and products though the order and product follow up.
• Quality: Confirm product quality and specification before production with the quality team. Prepare the quality file. Check the inspection report and samples.

Profile:

• Profile has to be open-minded, precise, fast and with strong negotiating skills.
• At least 3-year experience in European company or buying office.
• Perfect English is required and French is a plus.
• The salary is negotiable according to profile and experience.
