Description:

1.      Responsible for supplier development, qualification as well as RFQ and buying price.

2.      Proactive follow up supplier delivery (especially Frames and Carriages but not only), and push supplier for flexible delivery.

3.      Proactive follow up material shortage and incoming quality issue.

4.      Assist purchasing manage to assess supplier performance in term of the quality, delivery, service and cost, and push supplier to improve.

5.      Assist purchasing manager to achieve annual saving cost target.

6.      Responsible for other non-production material sourcing (machine parts, electronics, tools, consumable, service, etc.) as well as inner decoration/maintenance project includes materials sourcing, ordering and be responsible for the schedule and quality of such project.

 

 

Requirement

1.      University degree close to the field of our industry. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred. Must be able to read mechanical drawing.

2.      Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase of Electrical or Mechanical parts is preferred and minimum 5 years of qualified experience from sourcing with good understanding for technical products.

3.      Good communication and understanding skill and effective execution.

4.      Good planning and scheduling skills, Strong ability to work under pressure

5.      Fluent in English reading, speaking and written.

6.      Solid skill for Microsoft Excel, good knowledge of office suite and ERP practice.
