岗位职责：

1.根据银行提供的优质客户资源，通过银行系统给用卡客户去电，给用卡客户介绍银行高端保险产品，促进成交。

2.接听银行卡客户来电咨询，做异议解答。

3.此岗位无需外出、不应酬，轻松做业绩。

你还在为了向谁打电话销售产品而烦恼，一天8小时，6小时却在网上搜索客户资源，却还不一定是有效的资源吗？？？公司提供信用卡老客户资源！！

岗位薪资及福利：

1.无责任底薪5000，平均工资达15K；

2.入职即购买六险一金，年底双薪；

3.为期2－3周的带薪培训，新人前3个月享有翻倍提成，第一个月2倍，第二个月2倍，第三个月1 倍，秒杀同行业新人收入！！

4.朝九晚六，周末双休；

备注：所有法定假日全部带薪休假

任职要求：

1、年龄18-35岁，中专及以上学历；

2、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；

3、有相关电话客服，销售工作经验者优先。

4、服从公司安排与管理，优秀的毕业生放宽要求。

销售精英任职要求：

1、口齿清晰、语言表达及倾听能力强、思路清晰、反应快
