· Job Description:

- Assist supervisor to set up and maintain standard cost in the system

- Assist to input monthly and annual Hyperion Management report

- Assist supervisor to proceed month end and year end closing.

- Daily system maintenance including new product code set up and product cost update

- Monthly inventory cycle count, , Stock movement and aging analysis, Yearend stocktaking, coordinate the data input and stocktaking variance analysis

- CIP document maintain, Maintain Fixed Assets register and Fixed Assets Depreciation Fixed - Assets management and Fixed Assets count

- Weekly work order review with operations before closing

- Annual stocktaking and coordinate the stocktaking data input and difference analysis

- Accomplish other works assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

- College, major on accounting, finance or related majors

- 2-3 years of costing related experience in MNC

- Experience on ERP, Familiar with MS Office especially for Excel

- Carefulness, Patience, Positive Attitude and Good Communication skill
