Job Responsibilities:

 - Prepare and organize e-banking payment after receiving payment from accountant
 - Responsible for bank and cash journal, monthly bank reconciliation, vouchers filing

- Monitor cash position every day, in particularly for idle fund to be put into deposit account
- Ensure bank credit facility renew timely

- Maintain a good relationship with banks; and communicate to bank for payment arrangement and related business, such as foreign payment, hedge, DA/DP document, etc.

- Respond inquiries from internal department if any

- Other job assigned by Finance manager

Qualification Requirements:
1.Major in Accounting / Finance, 1 year working experience in a financial / accounting position.  Fresh graduation is also considerable.
2. Basic knowledge in Excel/Word
3. Team work spirit.
4. Good communication skill
5. Proactive and Self-motivated personality
