Position Overview:

The Business Process Consultant is an expert role in E&I Customer Service to drive implementation and continues improvement of business processes and associated systems. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable of key customer service systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and has passion to enhance the knowledge and skills of E&I customer service team through effective troubleshooting, coaching and training, utilizing leading edge business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive support for transactional and operational issues escalated by CSRs
• Monitor key system and process metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Initiate and drive process and system improvements, in collaboration with CSRs and Team Leaders
• Support Customer Service and business process initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, standardize and maintain regional job aides, knowledge articles and documentation for key systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and associated business processes.
• Develop and deliver regional system training programs, and work with Global Learning Leader to identify training needs and ensures execution of training plan.
• Action as regional point of contact for launch and implementation of new and/or upgraded systems, coordinate and/or perform testing and end user training
• Participate in global network of regional counterparts, Coaches and CI SMEs to identify and drive improvements, standards and standardizations, leveraged training
• Oversee and administer System access, role assignment and authorizations based on global standards

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor degree in trading or IT.
• With at least 5 years’ relevant working experience in customer service or SAP operation/support.
• SAP project experience will be a plus
• With good understanding and concept about business and trading.
• Good Communication Skills, English (both Written & Oral)
• Strong Microsoft skills.
• With a pleasant personality, can be a good team player, self-learner, and willing to accept great change and challenges.
