岗位职责：

1.通过银行系统给用卡客户去电（无需开发客户，无外出），给用卡客户介绍银行高端保险产品，促进成交。

2.接听银行卡客户来电咨询，做异议解答。

岗位薪资：

1.无责任底薪5000，平均工资达15K

2.高额绩效提成，前三个月提成翻倍。

3.入职即购买六险一金。

4.带薪培训，年底双薪

1. 销售主要负责成交客户，维护客户，处理客户后续问题。公司拥有自己的推广资源，不需要你去外面扫楼，派发名片，一天打几百上千个电话去开发客户。

2. 不需要你有多么丰富的销售经验和销售能力，我们有专业的销售精英带领你，让你快速进步成长。

3. 我们只需要你用心跟进好每一位客户，把最好的企业服务给到意向客户，制定好自己的目标，逐步实现目标，早日晋升管理层和合伙人。

销售精英任职要求：

1、口齿清晰、语言表达及倾听能力强、思路清晰、反应快

2、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；

3、有相关电话客服，销售工作经验者优先。

4、服从公司安排与管理，优秀的毕业生放宽要求。
