背景要求：

1. 5-10年现场施工队管理经验。

2. 做过厂房，仓库等工业类项目。如做过外资项目会加分。

3. 熟悉现场土建施工的具体编排及质量检验流程。如果同时熟悉钢结构施工的具体编排及质量检验流程会加分。

4. 会讲粤语有加分。

工作介绍：

1. 4-6个月左右的项目需求。

2. 工作地点在广东江门，工地现场。

3. 作为管理公司的一员，具体负责审核与管理并确保总包在土建（和钢结构）施工方面的编排，实施，与质量是否到位。
