【汇报对象及团队描述】
领导一支负责客户账目的项目团队;
汇报对象:运营高级经理
【工作职责】
您将管理我司的账目团队,基本职责包括:
-人员管理:保持整个账目团队的工作效率;
-日程管理:根据项目的工作量变化,灵活安排下属的工作,保证按时按质完成项目;
-合作:与其他项目主管合作,共同优化项目工作流程;
-质量管理:确保所带领的团队,完成的项目工作质量达到客户的要求;
-及时汇报项目的工作进度;
-绩效管理:团队激励及下属员工的绩效管理。
【任职要求】
-本科或以上学历,经济类、国际贸易类专业优先;
-英语综合能力优秀,大学英语6级或以上,口语流利,能和外国客户直接沟通;
-强烈的细节性、准确性意识;
-能熟练运用Excel和Powerpoint做工作汇报;
-优秀的协调和谈判能力、团队合作意识;
-能承受一定工作压力,有灵活性,强烈的客户服务意识;
-为人乐观热情,能激发下属团队活力;
-有客户关系、客户沟通类相关工作经验者优先。

【Job Responsibility】
You will lead an Infitecs’ Account Team, your base responsibilities include:
-Resource management: guarantee a full team of capable members.
-Scheduling: allocate work according to changing volumes and project requirements.
-Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Management to optimize effort across Infitecs accounts.
-Ensure that final deliverables are of the highest level of quality according to client expectations.
-Cooperate and provide timely information to Operations Support.
-Drive team performance and manage the Infitecs’ Performance Management process for your account.
【Role Requirements】
-University degree, major in Business, International Studies or similar.
-Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, strong reporting skills using MS Excel and PPT.
-Excellent English, CET6 and above with experience in client relationship and communications.
-Able to negotiate and influence in a collaborate spirit.
-Able to cope under pressure and apply flexibility while maintaining an accurate priority perspective from our client’s perspective.
