1. The Lead Engineer will be able to technically lead the entire cross functional design team on their interactions and responsibilities for automotive camera Final assembly project. 

2. This role is responsible for insuring the phase gate technical milestones are met and for making sure the specification requirements inputs and deisgn outputs align. 

3. This role is the leader of technical reviews and must demonstrate experience at releasing product into a production environment. 

· Automotive Background:

    

o    Tier1/Tier2 Automotive suppliers with experience with process manufacturing development (Screwing, Leak Decay, AVI, Dispensing, Adhesive application, etc), Camera/LiDAR product experience preferred

    

o    Customer specification analysis (OEM requirement, Tier1 supplier requirement, ISO/GB requirement, etc)

    

· Techniques:

    

o    MSA practice (GR&R)

    

o    DoE mindset

    

o    Technical cleanliness requirement/verification

    

o    P-FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart

    

o    DfX for assembly (DFA report, drawing review, tolerance analysis, fixture design review)

    

o    Process development experience with screwing, leak decay, AVI, Dispensing, Adhesive application

    

o    Software usage: SolidWorks, Pro-E

    

· Personal characters:

    

o    Team work

    

o    Small development team leadership

    

o    Problem solving mindset

    

o    Speak with data attitude (Real place, Real time, Real part)

    

o    English speaking (writing + speaking)

    

o    Willing to travel
