Position: Container Service Engineer – ICG
Report To: Container & Liquid Manager – ICG
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary
Take full responsibility for technical service to internal and external customer.

Job Responsibility
Take initiative on research and extend technical field
Training and develop the technical team. And build up the case study database
Conduct training to the sales team in new product and new technology
Collect customer feedback to our products and find way out to the possible problem by analysis and research
Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews; and handle escalated customer complaints.
Be responsible for providing troubleshooting for connectivity issues.
Communicate to HQ office on technical matter, be the liaison person between the technical service department in HQ and customers in the region.
Understand technically competitor's activities in the market;
Define technology and product selection criteria based on internal requirements；
Collect Technical intelligence and analyze as many competitor's products as possible to understand about competitor's technology.
Other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree or above, in Technical, Electrical, Mechanical or related education.

Working Experience
Process more than 3 Years installation, service, maintenance or related experience, Have strong skill in electrical installation and maintenance on industrial machinery equipment. Provide the technical service in field for customers of can industry. Work in MNC is preferred.

工作概述
负责向内外部客户提供技术服务。

工作职责
主动研究和推广技术领域。
培训和发展技术队伍,并建立案例研究数据库。
对销售团队进行新产品和新技术培训。
收集客户对产品的反馈，分析和研究、解决可能出现的问题。
进行月度和季度业绩审查。
处理升级客户投诉。
负责解决疑难问题。
保持与总部技术的沟通，成为客户和技术服务部的联络人。
根据内部要求定义技术和产品选择标准。
了解技术竞争对手的市场活动。
搜集技术情报，尽可能多的分析竞争对手的产品，了解竞争对手的技术。
上级分配的其他项目和工作内容。


职位要求
学历
本科或以上学历,机械/工程/技术等相关专业。

工作经验
至少3年以上，安装、维护固定设备相关经验，掌握安装、维护工业设备的技巧，具备制罐行业的技术服务，有跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑。
