PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

1.       Source and grow a sustainable pipeline of licensing revenues with partners from both hardware and online services sectors in China.

2.       Retain the revenues and marketing share in Chinese marketing.

3.       Retain the positive, productive, and ethical relationships with partners and develop their trust and confidence. Displays attention to detail and follow-through and consistently provide sound marketing concepts & implementation expertise.

4.       Expand the revenues and marketing share with current partners and new partners.

5.       Monitor and respond to market trends and identify emerging potential interests from partners and could convert the opportunities into realizable projects.

6.       Develop win-win strategies with partners by exploring new business models that generate substantial revenues.

7.       Support team head to develop key accounts and retaining existing key relationships.

8.       Work closely with SE, DESH, PD, MKT, NBD and ERS team to initiate projects according to market needs.

9.       Initiate the deal proposal and support to achieve the DP workflow.

10.   Work with the Legal and Rights department for the agreement achievement.

11.   Work with internal stakeholders and other business functions to provide excellent after sales-service, such as material delivery, product development supporting, quality assessment and marketing materials auditing.

12.   Coordinate partners and internal business functions to control the direction and the timeline of the project.

13.   Provide the suggestions to update and smooth the work flow.

14.   Well know the copyrights knowledge and could deliver or give influence to the partners.

15.   Coordinate Marketing department and the partners to arrange market activities for OUP and clients.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

·       3-5 years of business development experience is required. 

·       Bachelor degree is required (overseas study experience is preferred)

·       Fluent spoken and written English

·       Education sector (Internet education) experience is preferred

·       Passionate in working with customers, with proven track record in developing new clients;

·       Flexible and collaborative working style, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships;

·       High standard of business ethics and professionalism for self and others;

·       Strong critical thinking skills, with the flexibility to respond to changing situations, shifting priorities, and new opportunities; and

·       High level of self-motivation and ability to work within a team while maintaining focus on objectives
