职位：银行项目电话保险客服销售

工作职责:

1、针对银行VIP客户及银行信用卡客户，通过银行的统一电话系统，联系银行信用卡客户，销售公司小额保险（如住院，门急诊，意外，重疾，返还等等）。

2、公司提供信用卡客户名单，不需要本人寻找客户，不需要见客户；

3、为银行客户提供快速、准确与专业的查询及服务要求。

4、协助上司及团队完成特定的项目任务，定期向领导汇报工作进度

5、通过我们的系统可以完成购买保险，客户用信用卡支付保险费用，等一系列的手续。

（注意：不是销售信用卡产品，是银行保险类产品。客户通过信用卡进行缴费！）

工作要求：

大专以上学历；（有能力者可以放宽至高中或中专）

口齿清晰，普通话流利，性格开朗，思维敏捷；

有良好的团队意识；

从事过呼叫中心行业，银行业或有销售经验者优先考虑；

薪资福利：

签订正式劳动合同，缴纳标准社会保险(养老,医疗,失业,生育,工伤)；住房公积金和补充商业医疗保险。

无责任底薪＋销售职级津贴＋高额奖金+年底双薪。目前在职员工平均工资8000-15000左右；上进心比较强的80%员工月薪过万。

每年带薪假期15天，

提供二周带薪培训，（带薪岗前培训）
