1、制定和实施门店开发拓展计划，力争完成公司每年的开店计划

2、参与制定相关工作流程和制度并组织执行，组织撰写新店的风险评估报告

3、积极开拓新店址渠道，了解掌握市场行情，搜寻适合公司经营的店铺，接洽与条件谈判

4、参与新店定位，装修及布局讨论并提出建议

5、对目标商圈经营情况进行定期调查研究，拟定发展目标

6、调查竞争对手拓展情况，分析其优劣，制定相应对策并组织实施

7、熟悉公司加盟政策，进行加盟商的引进、洽谈、签约工作

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，22-35岁，形象气质佳，能适应出差，会开车；

2、有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，处事积极、主动、思路清晰；

3、精通市场开发，公共关系，房产中介经理，有较强的沟通、谈判能力；

4、接受公司出差等工作安排；

5、薪资待遇：丰厚底薪+高提成+年资福利。
