Key responsibilities:

1. Product management
# SPEC definition- Define and maintain product SPECs according to understanding on customers' requirements and technical capability.
# Product Configuration-Review and approve product documentation during the product development process, such as EVT, DVT and reliability report, etc al.
# Product change and PCN management-Monitor internal implementation of engineering changes, draft and issue PCN to customers when needed.

2. Customer interface
# Design Win- Participate in customer project from the very early stage, and provide solutions by using company's products, tracking customer project status, analyzing company and competitors' technical strength and weakness.
# Sample Delivery- Input customer technical requirements for samples, ensure the samples are delivered on time and meet customers' SPEC.
# Technical support-Introduce and provide training to customers on company's products; Provide trouble shooting remotely or on-site to customers for applying the company's products. Assess the specific impact of identified technical issues; Create technical reports as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Opto-electronics/Electronic, Physics, Telecommunications (or equivalent).

2. 3+ years work experience in development or technical support of optical components or optical transmission systems. Experience in optical transceivers will be an advantage.

3. Comfortably use English as working language.

4. With sound communication skills and capable to coordinate/drive activities across companies and functions.

5. Good Computers skills (MS Windows based: Power point, Word, Excel, etc al).

6. Team work, open, object oriented, can-do-attitude.
