岗位职责：

1、结合学校实际情况和学生特点，制定和实施学校德育工作计划；

2、加强班主任队伍建设和班级管理，做好学生思想工作，定期召开班主任会议；

3、根据学生情况，提出预防性的建设和措施，避免出现各类学生事故；

4、组织指导学部各类学生活动；培养学生良好的时间能力；

5、抓好学生住宿管理，加强制度建设；

6、及时解决学部偶发学生时间，维护学校正常的教育教学秩序。

岗位要求：

全面负责学校学生德育工作的开展

1、制定切实可行的学校德育工作计划，指导、督促德育工作计划的实施，检查德育工作计划的落实。

2、组织并指导班主任正常开展工作，监督检查班主任认真履行其岗位职责。负责对班主任的考评，主持优秀班主任、先进班集体、文明班级的评选工作。

3、组织开展校园文体活动，制定计划或实施方案，并督导落实和进行总结考评。

4、负责对班级进行月和年考核汇总，指导班主任做好学生的操行考核和综合素质评定工作，

5、维护好学校的正常教学秩序和学校学生的安全。发现问题及时解决，并向主管校长报告。
