本职位招收具备丰富教学经验的 小学语文、数学、英语学科老师

岗位职责：

1、根据校区的教学安排，开展小学学科的教学工作，包括备课、授课、作业批改等工作；

2、根据每个班级学生的实际情况，制定适宜的教学方案，进行学习方法指导、学习习惯的培养；查漏补缺，帮助学生提高学习兴趣，提高学生成绩；

3、主动与学生、家长、班主任进行沟通，听取学生、家长反馈意见；

4、测试学生接受课程辅导的成效，能因时制宜的调整教学方法和进度安排；

5、与本学科组内教师进行教研交流，积极参加教研活动，提高教学水平。

岗位要求：

1、师范教育及相关专业本科以上学历，

2、具有5年以上小学学科教学经验；

4、需持有教师资格证，师范类专业的优先考虑；

5、较强的语言表达能力，普通话标准，口齿伶俐；

6、较强的亲和力，较强的授课能力，讲课生动，多元化授课模式，知识面宽广；

7、热爱教育行业，工作积极主动，责任心强。
