公司简介：专注母婴营养优质产品的机构，品牌提供一站式服务并专注网上零售的电子商务公司。

Role & Responsibilities：

1. Support Baby Food GM to deliver business objectives in Asia market (China including HK/Macau, Singapore) by executing marketing strategy (6P) and category strategic plans.
2. Define brand growth driver and demand planning.Drive omni-channel consumer and customer activation.
3. Establish good cross-functional partnerships with global and local teams to drive national & local programs execution excellence.
4. Financial management. Own Brand P&L and manage marketing budget and investment plan.
5. Work with global marketing and R&D to define import portfolio and packaging solution based on Asia market needs and drive innovation pipeline.
6. Build brand awareness. Define communication strategy thru global content localization and media plan (focus on digital media - OTV, digital banner, social media, DTC/Direct-to-Consumer).
7. EC customer marketing:

• Define portfolio & price strategy by customer。
• Develop customer campaign and activation planning. Work closely with EC sales and TP to supervise annual marketing plan execution and daily operation。
• Customer engagement and monthly target delivery.

8.Marketing agency management.

Qualifications:

1. Bechelor degree or above.
2. Solid consumer marketing background. 6 years above brand marketing experience in FMCG industry, with proven record of new brand/new products launch success in China market.
3. Food/Infant/Nutrition relevant experience is preferable.
4. EC business intelligence & key customers understanding. 2 years above experience in EC Marketing or Key Account management.
5. Fluent spoken and written English.
