1、主持售楼中心的整体运作工作，组织实施公司有关销售方面的决议，负责完成公司下达的销售任务。

2、制定阶段性销售计划，组织实施售楼部年度工作和销售计划，并完成销售计划。

3、制定各项市场营销计划、调研报告，并向管理层提供建议，规划、组织、实施和协调公司市场策划及广告业务。

4、负责售楼处、样板房方案及装修标准方案的制定工作和组织实施工作。

5、收集各类房地产市场情报及相关行业政策与信息，对房产市场保持高度敏感，为项目销售和推广提供市场数据支持，根据客群反馈情况，适时调整并实施各项目销售推广方案。

6、培训和管理销售团队，有效激励、辅导团队成员，指挥协调现场人员，营造销售气氛，辅助成交。

7、协调把控购房合同、按揭合同的签署及催收欠款。

8、其他与完成销售任务有关的工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，广告策划、新闻、市场营销等相关专业优先；

2、5年以上房地产行业销售、广告策划经验；有中高端房地产项目经验优先；有较强的项目全程营销和整合推广能力；有良好的销售团队管理经验；

3、吃苦耐劳，突出的沟通协调能力，有较强的团队合作意识；

4、熟悉房地产市场及相关政策法规，热爱房产行业，有工作激情和进取精神；

5、良好的团队统筹与执行能力，优秀的资源整合能力，较强的下属管理及团队建设能力；

6、具有较强的沟通与谈判能力，出色的营销技巧、销售技能与说服能力；

7、较强亲和力，刻苦耐劳、积极乐观、诚信务实、团结奋进；

8、具有良好的销售职业素养与礼仪规范，能够承担较强的工作压力。
