岗位职责：

1. 协助校长处理学校相关的行政、教学、学生管理事宜；

2. 全面负责学校校务办各项工作的统筹管理；

3. 负责学校品牌、市场、招生等各项工作的管理。

4. 负责家校关系、家长学校建设工作，逐步建设完整的家校沟通的体制，形成家校良好的沟通，让尽量多的家长与学校形成同频共振的关系。

5. 做好学校公共关系、舆情监控相关工作，建立公共关系防范体系，完善针对学校的舆情监控体系和汇报机制。

6. 完善学校的宣传渠道，打造高效、优质的品牌传播渠道。

7. 协助校长做好各项接待工作。

   做好领导交代的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1、师范教育及相关专业本科以上学历；

2、需有高级教师资格证，持有校长任职资格证者优先考虑；

3、具有5年以上教育培训行业教学管理工作经验；

4、熟练使用各类办公软件；

5、具有良好的沟通能力、应变能力和学习能力；

6、热爱教育事业，具有良好的耐心，工作踏实，细致认真；

7、具有优良的职业操守，较强的敬业精神，有良好的合作意识。
