Purpose of position:     

通过运用WCM的理念和方法，按照价值流的规则，优化物流路径，减少不增值活动，最大化利用工厂的每一平方米的区域，提高车间的生产效率和降低单位生产能耗。

同时根据公司的5年发展计划和规模，合理预计发展需求，在充分利用现有区域的基础上为公司的进一步发展提供预留的空间和规划。

Base on the WCM concept and value stream mapping rule, optimize the logistic feeding routing and utilization the space of plant area，decrease the NVA activities,  improve the productivity of workshop and energy consumption per unit.

       According to company’s 5 business plan and scale, forecast the development requirement, provide future area plan for company’s further development。

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. 厂区物流布局 Layout for plant logistic

    充分考虑厂区内的人员安全、设备安全、防火、防爆和防损的安全要求的前提下，合理利用厂区的场地以满足生产需求和工艺流程需求。根据线路最短和最顺直的要求，设计和优化适应工厂内外运输需求的物流布局。

In terms of the safety requirement for staff、equipment、anti-fire、anti-explosion、damage prevention, reasonably utilize current plant area, meet the production demand and process flow request. Per shortest and most straight routing requirement, design and optimize the logistic layout to meet internal and external logistic feeding requirement.

 

1. 车间布局 Layout for workshop

按照物流路线最短人力最省的的原则，合理地安排原材料仓库、SMT产线、中段线、组装线和成品仓库之间的相互位置，消除不必要的作业，优化各功能区之间的关系和物流路线，从而在时间上缩短生产周期，在场地上减少占地面积，降低运行费用。

 

According to the principle of shortest routing and minimum manpower, reasonably set the mutual position between the raw material warehouse, the SMT production line, middle end, assembly line and finished good warehouse, eliminate the excess work, shorten the production lead-time, reduce the space, lower the running cost.

1. 产线布局 Layout for production line

现有的产线，根据操作员在产线内的行动路径的面条图识别生产过程中的损失和浪费，优化产线设备的摆放和产线布局，消除生产过程中的非增值活动，提高生产效率。结合WCM的Front feeding的概念，改进现有产线和设备的物料供给方案。

新项目的产线，在项目的WPI阶段开始设计产线的初始布局和产线的详细的设计，不断优化产线布局方案。

For the existing production line, to identify the loss and waste in production according to the operator’s spagitti chart, optimize the production line layout, eliminate the NVAA activity and improve the productivity. Base on the front feeding of WCM concept, to optimize the material supply of equipment and production line.

For the new lines, prepare the initial production line layout and then finish the detail design in the project WPI progress.

1. 5年规划 Layout for 5 years planning

按照产区物流布局、车间布局的原则，根据项目提供的项目发展计划和SMT产线需求计划，定期更新工厂的5年规划，整理年度面积需求和制定各功能区的调整计划。

 Per rules of Logistic and workshop layout, to regularly update the 5 year business plan, carry out the yearly area demand and the area optimization planning.

1. 新区域的规划与设计 Design and planning for new decoration area

按照收集的各部门的发展需求，计划最新的场地和设施的装修规划，完成新装修区域的基本的平面布局设计和详细设计。并且根据装修过程中的需求的调整、变更布局设计图和详细设计图。

According to the development request from departments, to make a decoration plan for the workplace and facility, and prepare the layout design and detail design. To change and update the drawing upon actual situation during the decoration progress.

1. 产线安装设计 Design and planning for production line installation

为现有产线的布局更改或者新产线所需的电气网络等设施提供安装图，并且提供关键设备的位置参考图给设备部门用于设备定位和安装。

To provide the reference installation drawing for layout change or for the new lines ‘electricity and network. Provide dimension drawing for the key equipments to equipment engineer.

 

Qualifications:

1, University diploma;

2, 5+ years related experiences, minimum 3-year Lean Manufacturing experience with Foreign - invested Companies ;

3. Good skill especially for AutoCAD and MS-Office software;

4. Knowledge of TS16949, WCM(Lean production),TS16949

5. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
