The following missions will be assigned to you: 

 - New products introduction - Resolve technical problems at prototyping, industrialization and mass production stage. 

 - Participate in technical discussions and follow-up of the suppliers.

 - Develop test standards and test benches, perform test benches qualification. 

 - Prepare the product for mass production: work on DFX and Work Instructions with the OEM to guarantee the most efficient way of the product manufacturing and the lowest failure rate. 

 - Perform technical audit of suppliers and OEMs.

Requirement:

 ？ Fluent in English

 ？ Experience of new product introduction 

 ？ Good knowledge of electrical engineering and PCB manufacturing processes

？ Knowledge in DFM/DFA/DFT and Mechanical Engineering 

 ？ Advanced skills in CAD (Solidworks, Altium will be a plus) 

 ？ Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT plastic injection, bending and stamping, assembly line organisation)
