Main Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible of doing production check according to Head office’s arrangement and assignment of merchandiser team leader.
2. Make sure that FTY's product meets Company's requirement.
3. Have good command of American AQL2.5/4.0 garment inspection standard, and be responsible to strictly follow this standard.
4. Be responsible to do FTY evaluation under guidance of HQ and write down objective comments and report to Head office.
5. Be familiar with fabric, trims, and be responsible to find out any problem which might occur on apparel, shoes, bags, accessories…
6. Be responsible to fill out Production Check List and report to Head office right away after finishing checking.
7. QA Merchandiser must work on the form very carefully and objectively, and absolutely not allowed to hide any problem which happen
8. Be responsible to fill out Production Check summary whenever apply to reimburse.
9. Have strong knowledge of shoes, bags, hair goods… production process and quality requirement.
10. Be familiar with quality control and production check process for shoes, bags, hair goods… be responsible to find out problems which might occur in the production.
11. Be responsible to communicate with factories regarding to any products quality problem.
12. Be responsible to act to be honest, be active and self-motivated.
13. Be responsible to control all the material incoming / production check / final production check according to Branch Company / HQ’s direction.

- 3年以上QC经验，了解手袋生产工序及质检标准
- 了解跟单流程
- 富有团队精神，抗压力强，能经常出差
- 具英语口语表达能力，能书写英文检验报告
