requirements and responsibilities are as below :
Be able o organize meetings/travelling for Chairman and other partners ;
Be able to organize and supervise an event or a project ;
Be able to stand up and take responsibility for an important action;
Be able to organize resources and follow up the results ;
Know how to prepare filings system and keep records;
Good at preparing a professional looking commercial documents efficiently ( must be very good at PPT ,Word, excel )
Know how to deal with outsides parties and maintain relationships for top management;
Be able to communicate precisely in both Englishand Chinese;
Have common commercial sense about investment / finance industry;
Over 30 years old, male and female are both ok ;
Must be very detail oriented and results driven ;
be able to manage pressure well ;
Good at Chinese writing is a plus.
