? Develop technical solutions to customer, including product configuration, application advice, customer demostration and system design , etc.
? Conduct technical training & seminars to internal colleagues, conducting technical presentations to customers
? Managing design ,prototype and testing activities through respective departments
?   Coordinate with livestock specialists and manufacture department to drive product quality improvement and new product application
? prepare speech on related exhibitions and conferences
? Identification of added value opportunities and sum up to sales
? Support to run projects 
? Run and support market analysis
- Market trends
- Competitor trends
- Research and provide information about competitor solutions
? build case study of product applicatoin
? Visit frequently customers ,travel up to 50%
?lievstock industrial expericne of working on site are prefered. 

? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering \ automation or equivalent
? Strong personality, good in communication and in managing relationship, inclination for working in a multicultural team
? Strong electrical  /  agriculture /pig production knowledge
? Good planning, coordination, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Good command of written and spoken English
? CAD and basic pc skills
? Teamwork skills as well as individual working capacity
? Willing to travel frequently in China and overseas ,travel up to 50%
? Have experience of livestock or familiar with feeding  system is highly preferred.
?  Working on site farm experience  are prefered.
