工作职责：

1、负责整体车险业务的推动及管理，车险互联网创新业务的开展与落实；

2、制定、下达业务目标，协同各机构及相关负责人商议制定辖区车险业务推动方案、并监督业务的实施；

3、车险承保核心系统优化；

4、负责车险销售人员的相关管理指导工作，制定销售人员管理办法； 

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，保险、市场营销、金融等相关专业；

2、8年及以上车险业务及管理工作经验；

3、具备良好的学习创新精神及组织协调能力，较强的抗压能力。
