职位描述

工作职责：
1. 负责注塑工艺调试，保障注塑生产和产品质量稳定
2. 负责编制工艺卡及操作规范
3. 协助注塑机和配套设备的维护维修
4. 协助新模具试模，分析和指出问题
3. 负责塑料原材料的选择、测试，完善材料档案
4. 保障和提高生产效率，降低成本，快速处理生产问题，协助分析和解决不良品问题

职位要求：
1.两年以上注塑车间工艺调试经验，对注塑成型、工艺优化有深刻的理解
2. 熟悉注塑机的操作、维护
3. 熟悉注塑模具结构
4. 熟悉塑料原料的物性，懂调色更好，
5. 认真，细致，责任心强，善与客户、同事沟通
6.优秀的应届毕业生亦可
