Responsibilities

• Manage the counter operation projects including budget planning, CPS control and execution follow through
• Independently lead agency from design to production
• Create deliverables in good quality

Requirements

• Experience in independently managing projects
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Excellence in follow through
• Elementary (CEFR B1) or higher level of spoken and written Englisр

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG, retail or beauty industry
• Expected to be able to follow and understand a defined business administration process
• Able to read, understand and design high-quality process-related documentation; able to follow guidelines, identify tasks and complete them according to the team’s rules
• Expected to be self-managing, implement functionality without supervision. Able to share learning or enable process improvement
• Ability to speak/write English & Mandarin
