Justification
Title of the position
CN E-Commerce Operation Manager
Purpose of the position
The E-commerce operation manager is responsible for increase business on E-distributors, such as Alitrip/Dianping…etc. Work closely with internal and external partners to improve the efficiency of acquisition and collect data.

Responsibilities
-Be responsible for E-Commerce platforms overall performance, including planning, products development and promotion, data analysis and improvement for search rate conversion rate and sales volume.
-Manage major calendar of E-Commerce business campaign planning, follow up planning execution evaluate and analyze the activity results, and come up with the improving planning
-Maintain the relationship with E-distribution Channels, including but not limited to Tmall, Ctrip, Dianping, etc
-Work closely with internal and external department to achieve business topline
-Find the new opportunity in marketplace

Education :
职位要求:
Bachelor degree in e-business, tourism, marketing or equivalent
Job experience : More than 3 years working experience, meanwhile at least 2 year experience in operating Tmall, Ctrip, Meituan or other e-commerce platform
Skills requested
Knowledge :
Familiarity on CN e-commerce players
Skills :
Very good communication skills,fast learner, negotiation skills, high flexibility
Technical skills (tools…) :
Familiar with office software
Languages :
Frequent in both written and spoken English
Behaviour :
Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
List of tasks
Mission 1 : Increase Club Med brand exposure
Manage major calendar of E-Commerce business campaign planning, follow up planning execution evaluate and analyze the activity results, and come up with the improving planning
