急聘
岗位职责：组织制定并执行公司生产战略计划，组织、管理、控制和监督生产系统，以实现公司生产目标。
工作内容:
1.工作流程确立及管理
2.主持制定、调整年度生产计划及总预算；
3.按工作程序做好督导与技术、营销、采购、质检等部门的横向联系；
4.随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题；
5.组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；
6.领导、管理工厂维护部门对工厂基础设备维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态；
7.指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和有关数据；
8.综合平衡年度生产任务，制定下达月度生产计划，做到均衡生产；
工作内容:

任职条件：
1.熟悉电子行业，具有HID、疝气灯、LED灯具或制造业的生产过程管理经验；
2.熟悉生产规程以及质量标准；
3.具备良好的生产经营管理理念，有一定财务与法律知识；
4.熟练使用办公软件；
5.态 度：优秀的领导能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通能力、谈判能力；
6.能承受较大的工作压力；能够带领团队，较好的团队合作精神；
