? Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
1) Manage and reach sales target for designated Sales Area.
2) Review, coordinate and address relevant Sales activities across Industries.
3) Budgeting and managing resource allocation in Sales Areas.
4) Coordinate strategic initiatives together with CESMs/RSMs, Sales Opportunity and Threat Management.
5) Develop sales strategy and tactics based on the development trend of Industries and company.
6) Distributor Management; Customer and Partner Management.
7) Deliver to the overall annual sales budget - analyse financial results (focus on sales) against targets and make appropriate adjustments to targets and action plans.
8) Develop and establish sales territories and account assignments to achieve maximum and efficient coverage of the market by sales personnel.
9) Establish and develop relationships with key decision makers at major customers and prospects.
10) Manage and fine tune current distribution channels to en-sure optimal market coverage in all Industries in cooperation with Marketing.
11) Review and recommend advertising and promotional programs that ensure a high awareness of products and services (interact with Marketing).
12) Secure proper use of knowledge management systems (e.g. Pivotal)

2. People Management:
1) Coach CESMs/RSMs.
2) Develop and train personnel to drive continuous upgrade of skill level.
3) Coach and provide direction for own reportees, incl. setting targets, follow-up, salary and bonus setting, conduct Leadership Competence assessment and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
4) Develop and control sales team's travel and expense budget

? Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (Major in Sales/Marketing and / or Technical, MBA degree preferred).
2. Minimum 10 years domestic or oversea practical experience in sales or marketing of industrial products (preferably in food additives or flavors and fragrances industry).
3. Excellent team building, independent team management and interpersonal skill.
4. Demonstrated people management, motivational and leaderships skills.
5. With judgmental marketing insight and Independent market development ability.
6. Goal-oriented , industrious, strong enterprising and sense of responsibility.
7. With certain English communication ability.
8. Candidates from Asia-Pacific region such as Hong Kong, Singapore etc. preferred.
