Job Responsibility

Tool Tuning 工具的调整

1. Define press parameter to reach production & Quality Standard；

定义冲压参数以达到生产和质量的标准；

2. Coordinate with Die Maintenance action to improve tool；

协调模具维修以改善工具；

3. Define press layout , tool per tool to reach production performance.

定义冲压布局，以确保每个工具达到生产性能；

Tool preparation(tool change)工具的准备（工具调整）

1. Organize layout to reach SMED standard.

组织布局以达到SMED标准；

2. Validate start of production.

在生产开始前检验工具；

3. Coordinate tool change activity.

协调工具调整。

Production 生产

1. Follow production on machine to keep production standard.

跟踪在机器上的生产达到生产标准；

2. Implement action in case of standard deviation (line stop, quality issue….)

执行方案以防止标准偏差；

3. Optimize production work instruction.

优化生产的工作指引；

Production improvement 生产改善

1. Propose & implement action to improve production performances (Cadence…)

建议&实施方案来提高生产效率；

Shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company.

承担公司可能不时指定的其他职责。

Qualification Requirements

1、At least 3 years work experiences with Metal stamping press engineer on automatic or transfer press type AIDA, FAGOR,..

3年以上汽车行业或者多工位压力机AIDA,FAGOR冲压生产经验；

2、Good knowledge of geometry.

良好的几何学知识；

3、Fluent English in oral and writing.

流利的英文口头与书面表达能力；

4、Strong team spirit to work in a team and as a team

具有高度的团队合作精神；

5、High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision;

工作积极主动，能够在有限监督下独立开展工作；

6、High responsibility , Strong personality and ambitions, capable to work under pressure.

高度的责任心，能够在压力下工作。

The press employee have chance to go to Italy for Training .
