Job Responsibility:

工作职责：

1、In charge of daily &preventive maintenance and repair to minimize the downtime related tooling or tooling maintenance；

负责模具的日常及预防性维修与维护，以减少因模具造成的停机时间；

2、Put forward reasonable proposal to improve the tooling stabilization and increase production efficienty；

通过提出合理化建议来提高模具的稳定性和生产效率；

3、Good communication and relationship with production and other departments to keep the good working atmosphere；

与生产及其它部门密切合作，以养成良好的工作氛围；

4、Responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company.

应承担公司可能不时指定的其他职责。

Job Requirement:

1、 Graduate from technical school with major in tooling construction，mechanical or automatization

中专以上学历，模具加工、机械或自动化专业。

2、More than 3 years die maintenance experience in automobile stampling plant or tooling manufacturing plant and More than 1 year maintenance experience in transfer die& press operation.

3年以上汽车扳金冲压工厂或模具加工厂工作经验，一年以上顺送模维修经验并会操作相应机床。

3、must be familiar in mechanic and hydraulic press , especially the tonnage from 500T to 1600T .

熟悉机械及液压冲床工作原理，尤其是500T-1600T较大吨位的冲床。

4、Good english communication skill is preferred.

有英语沟通能力者优先。
