岗位职责：

1. 审核并执行开发人员的数据库表设计；

2. 对索引设计、SQL语句进行优化；

3. 快速处理解决数据库系统运行中出现的故障、问题，保证业务数据库稳定、安全、连续地运行；

4. 负责多种数据库（Oracle/SQLServer/MySQL/等）性能监控、分析调优及备份恢复，提高数据库的服务性能及可靠性；

5. 对数据库进行容量规划、架构设计，提高业务高可用性和容灾能力；

任职要求：

1. 了解MySQL、SQLServer 、Oracle、MongoDB 、Redis 等一种或多种数据库；

2. 熟悉 SQL 语法，能编写/调试存储过程、函数、触发器；

3. 对性能优化感兴趣，能看懂执行计划，理解数据库索引，具备一定的 SQL 语句优化经验；

4. 思维清晰，细致耐心，能承受工作压力，有较强的自学能力、团队协作和沟通能力，有强烈的责任心。

5. 欢迎优秀应届生，对数据库技术有强烈的兴趣（重点），有志于长期从事数据库相关的岗位工作。
