职位描述
1、 按照公司要求，确保按时、保质、保量供货。
2、 制定并完善本部门各项工作运作管理程序和制度。
3、 负责公司外发加工生产及组织和管理，保证制定合理的生产计划和安排生产进度表。
4、 负责面、辅料及各类产品质量的监控。
5、 负责产前各类技术资料的准备。
6、 负责外发加工价格和面、辅料采购价格的审核。
7、 对加工厂商生产过程监督管理。
8、 协助公司产品品质政策和标准的制订。
9、 根据公司发展需要，大力开发符合公司产品生产的加工厂。
10、 对可能协作的加工厂的生产能力和质量控制能力进行检验。
11、 对现加工厂的生产能力、质量控制能力进行检讨评估，及时调整。
12、部门领导交代的其它工作。
职务要求：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限，35岁以上，男女不限，3年以上同等职位经验；
2、精通服装生产的基本生产工艺和程序； 精通生产各环节，对采购、跟单生产等环节有较强的实战经验；
3、协助安排样衣制作、板型制作、跟工厂协调沟通、大货生产前进度安排、产前样的确定等；
