部门职能：对公司的老客户进行追踪，追缴续费以及促进二次消费

薪资：0.8K-1.4K + 营销年终奖

任职要求：

1、1年以上电话销售经验，2年以上的5人以上销售团队细致化管理经验；

2、制定和执行KPI考核以及营销激励方案，对团队业绩负责。

3、熟悉主流电话销售流程和技巧，并对销售过程进行有效监督；

4、熟练掌握Excel软件进行数据统计和分析以及掌握Powerpoint制作PPT进行宣讲培训。

1、人品端正，形象好，气质佳。性格活泼开朗，善于与人沟通交流，语言表达能力强，具有良好的职业质素；

2、具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的工作执行力、团队管理能力及运作能力；

3、品貌端正，有一定的抗压能力，勇于接受挑战，善于沟通，有团队合作精神；

4、对工作有责任心，具有团队合作精神，积极向上，善于思考；

5、有互联网、软件产品运营经验优先考虑录用。
