Job Description: 1. Verify the hardware test strategy aligning to the system spec 2. Test and debug RF integrate unit performance, performance assessment with relevant optimization. 3. Intergrade and verify RF performance, thermal, environmental performance 4. Develop the automatic script for integration and verification test 5. Cooperate closely with algorithm, software design, RF, PA, FEU team Candidates Requirements: 1.Education background: bachelor or above 2.Major in: telecommunication, electronic, microwave, or related 3. 3+ years working experience within wireless base station area. Experience on RRU, BBU is a plus. 4. Have rich knowledge in technologies such as system protocol/standard, wireless communications 5. Have Experience on automatic tools development would be highly recommended. 6. Be familiar with RF performance, thermal, EMC/Environmental/Reliability certification is a plus 7. Be familiar with RF test equipment 8. Be familiar with C, Labview, Python is a plus 9. Language ability: Good written and oral English
