Summary:

Provides Level 3 supports for the use and availability of the Oracle EBS solution across the Global Organization, ensuring that the Finance users are able to perform their functions as efficiently as possible and helping support the continuous improvement of the Finance whilst maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures & the IT strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)

· Support the ongoing work of the central & regional Finance teams by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented.

· Supports the global business by ensuring that the operations of the organisation are captured, processed and reported appropriately.

· Works with the Global IT team to identify areas for improvement in the systems that are used across the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

· Degree in Information Systems, Business or similar field of study, or equivalent experience.

· 5+ years of experience as a Support or System Analyst.

· 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS in Finance – i.e. Oracle Accounts Receivables Deductions Settlement, Purchasing, Financials, Advanced Collections, Treasury, iReceivables, Project Costing

· Good knowledge of integrated ERP solution environments.

· Experience in wholesale, retail & ecommerce business models

· Fluent in English (Additional languages an advantage)
