岗位职责

1. 及时、准确维护库存管理系统，确保仓库物品的帐、卡、物三者一致，仓库区域划分明确，物料标识清楚，存卡记录连续、字迹清晰;

2.做好仓库物料的收发存管理，严格按流程要求收发物料,确保收发物料数量及型号准确无误;

3. 对入库产品要确保品管检验合格后方可签字入库,如有特殊要求的产品要入库也必需有总经理的特批或者品管部经理的特许方可入库,否则拒收;

4. 每天及时填写仓库日报表发送给相关部门以便查询即时库存;

5. 每日将当天单据输入KIS系统、登记手工帐本;

6. 对产品管理的有序性、安全性、完整性及有效性负责, 对产品实行分区存放管理，确保库容库貌;

7. 做好仓库各种原始单证的传递、保管、归档工作;

8.对成品仓库退货产品严格按照退货流程进行及时处理;

9. 月底作出当月各部门出入库月汇总表上报财务部经理;

10.每月不定期对仓库存放物品进行盘点工作，并提出改进方案。

11、以上工作由一人独立完成。装卸货等搬运工作可从车间另外安排人员帮忙。

我司规模较小，薪酬可另议。

任职资格

有相关行业经验者优先。

1、男女不限，高中以上学历,1年以上库房管理工作经验；

2、工作认真、责任心强、服从领导安排、团队合作、能承受一定工作压力；

3、熟练的电脑操作技巧，有ERP系统操作经验者优先考虑。
