任职要求：
1、年龄:20-36周岁；
2、学历:大专及以上，品格正直。综合能力优秀，或有销售经验丰富者，可放宽到高中学历
3、具有良好的心里素质及良好的沟通能力
4、具有电话销售、市场营销、管理、保险、金融、等行业经验者优先。
5、热情积极，有爱心，有责任感，能吃苦，学习能力强，组织管理能力强，表达能力好，有团队精神.

岗位职责：
1、针对优质客户，通过统一电话系统，联系客户，销售公司小额保险（如住院，门急诊等）。
2、公司提供信用卡客户名单，不需要本人寻找客户，不需要见客户；
3、为客户提供快速、准确与专业的查询及服务要求。
4、协助上司及团队完成特定的项目任务，定期向领导汇报工作进度
5、通过我们的系统可以完成购买保险，客户用信用卡支付保险费用，等一系列的手续。

薪资待遇：
1、签订正式劳动合同，缴纳标准社会保险(养老,医疗,失业,生育,工伤)；住房公积金和补充商业医疗保险和子女商业险（七险一金）。
2、无责任底薪＋销售职级津贴＋高额提成（11-19%），年底双薪。目前在职员工平均工资8000-12000；上进心比较强的80%以上员工月薪过万。
3、新员工前两个月到手提成翻2倍，例如：到手提成2K,翻倍就是4K，然后再加底薪。月薪可达7K+，秒杀同行业新人收入!!!
