岗位职责：
1.确认测试计划和测试用例
2.开发测试脚本,设置测试环境
3.执行系统集成和验证测试(手动和自动)
4.生成验证报告、管理缺陷
5.分析问题/缺陷并编写报告

岗位要求：
1.熟练掌握C/C++
2.有软件测试经验（最好懂一点硬件测试）
3.了解黑盒测试、性能测试、自动化测试
4.能独立搭建测试环境、和撰写测试用例
5.会Labview工具，自动化测试QTP，Teststand
6.良好的英语能力，能够熟练的阅读文档和书写
