Mandatory:

1. Ability to work independently to understand client requirements and transforming them to conceptual technical designs

2. Experience Architecting Web Development Projects using Java, J2EE Standards, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP ,ExtJs, EJB, Spring.

3. Experience working with Oracle databases

4. Experience in Web Sphere\Web Logic

5. Good at reading and writing in English

6. Demonstrates strong understanding of technical frameworks and best practices e.g. using STRUTS, MVC pattern

7. Strong understanding of OOAD

8. Good communication skill.

Plus:

1. Sun Certifications in Development or Architecture is big plus

2. Communication in Cantonese,English is plus

3. Experience in Web Services development and integration knowledge \experience with other systems using middleware technology is a plus

4. Experience in hospital system development is plus.




Job Responsibilities:

1. Create technical model of the software and evaluate technical requirements;

2. Prepare and update documentation related to technical aspects of the application;

3. Design distributed architectural models;

8. Defines technical alignments of the website and ensures the quality of deliverables;

9. Works with the Project Manager on preparing Project plan;

10. Lays out and follows on project backlog and guides team and ensures its correct execution; and

12. Responsible for the approval of design models;

13. Participate in requirements revision meeting;

14. Select adequate development lifecycle for software construction;

15. Coordinate technical activities in the construction phase related to software architectural setup;

16. Define, refine, and specify an architecture of components that supports all requirements defined by the business;

17. Task breakdown and reassignment to development team;
