RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment/New Hire Process: Participating in recruitment efforts

  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed

  • Preparing new employee files

准备新员工档案

  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation

Employee orientation员工指引

  • Makes sure that the workspace, computer and other equipment, mailbox, and appropriate installed software are ready for the new employee's start day.确保新入职员工在入职之日的工作位、电脑和其他必要设备、邮箱、适用的软件准备好。
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) 向新员工介绍公司(建立指定的登录、工作站、电子邮件地址等)
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions负责解答新入职员工提出的问题

Employee Payroll and Benefits Administration员工工资及福利管理

  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system

  • Answering payroll questions/ Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors

  • Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations

  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators

  • Schedules participants into training sessions.

  • Tracks participants and training records.

  • Enters training records into a database and maintains it.

  • Maintaining current HR files and databases

任职要求REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration 本科学历,人力资源及行政管理专业
  2. Prefer HR experience in recruitment & payroll function 有招聘及薪酬方面的工作经验
  3. Good knowledge in labor law and other related ordinances熟知劳动法及其他法律法规
  4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing英语听说读写熟练
  5. Skillful at MS Office (PowerPointExcelWordsoutlook) 熟练使用MS OfficePowerPointExcelWordsoutlook
  6. Strong in communication, interpersonal skills良好的沟通及人际交往能力
  7. Mature, responsible, takes initiative, positive and caring积极主动,责任心强,稳重热情
  8. 3+ years experiences in HR area 3年以上人力资源领域工作经验
