Job purpose

To undertake high turnover clinical research according to CRTC(Clinical Research and Trails Centre)SOPs and regulatory requirements to achieve Project, Organization and Sponsor objectives.

Key responsibilities:

? Seeing participants for specified clinical trial visits on contact lenses, spectacles and other ocular products at least 80% and up to 100% of the working day.

? Review and development of clinical methods and services.

? Provide quality patient care for study participants, potential participants and other individuals as required within local regulatory guidelines.

? Maintain efficient, regular and timely communication with Research /Clinical Manager, other senior personnel and colleagues of information concerning clinical events and study progress.

? Assist with collation, analysis and reporting of clinical information as required by Manager.

? Preparation of background material for presentation by colleagues as required.

? Effective liaison within clinical team.

? Willingness to become concordant with other optometrists in the facility.

? Management of small scale clinical projects as required.

? Other relevant duties as may be required.

Requirements:

·Bachelor degree or above in Ophthalmology or Optometry

·At least 1 year contact lens experience

·Excellent optometric clinical skills

·Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice principles

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   广州市华柏恩视觉科技有限公司是华柏恩视觉研究中心于2012年在中国建立的第一家分支机构，并与中山大学中山眼科中心合作建立了“中澳眼视光学联合研发中心”（Australia China Centre for Optometry Research and Development, ACCORD），在综合临床研究 --尤其是新型角膜接触镜材料和眼科仪器及技术的研发等方面——开展多方面和跨学科的合作。
