岗位职责：

1、负责制造部的日常管理，确保部门有效运行；

2、关注部门内关键业绩指标的产量和质量，以及员工个人的表现

3、确保所有本地生产和组装的产品符合集团质量标准

4、监控生产部门的生产力和产能，最大化使用工厂内的资源；

5、支持ISO系统，注重制造环节持续改善的循环。

6、准备年度计划，比如制造、工程、产品规划、工厂服务及发展等方面；

7、准备设备采购的资本支出方案，并已经批准的项目进行严格的预算控制。

8、制定工厂所有设备的维护保养方案，通过计划维修保护中国地区的投资。

9、根据公司正常运行的需要，组织生产部门员工的招聘和培训。

10、保守公司高级机密，如果发现任何有碍公司运营的情况须通知制造总监。

11、由于运作的需要或者制造总监的指令，担负一些其他的责任或特殊任务。

任职资格：

1、机械、工程及相关专业，本科以上学历，硕士优先考虑；

2、5年以上机械行业生产管理经验, 有从国外引入产品的项目经验；

3、熟悉机械加工工艺，CNC编程，夹具和切削刀具，熟悉过程控制工具（如CAD）；

4、如果有CNC机床选型经验者优先考虑；

5、优秀的口语及书面的沟通能力，具有跨国文化沟通的经验;

6、行动导向，友善、优秀的人际交往能力和团队精神；寻求个人的长期发展。

Responsibilities:
1. Provide a professional management to Production Department, ensure the efficient running of the areas;
2. Closely monitor the Department Key Performance Indicators for output, quality and personnel performance;
3. Ensure that all locally manufactured and assembled products comply with group quality standards;
4. To monitor production productivity and throughput to maximize the efficient use of resources within the factory area;
5. Support the ISO system and the cycle of continuous improvement in production;
6. Prepare an annual forward plan covering the areas of Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Planning and Plant Service and Development;
7. Prepare capital expenditure proposal for the purchase of equipment and control budget of approved capital expenditure project;
8. Provide a maintenance and service program for all plant equipment to ensure the protection of the investment in China based on planned maintenance;
9. Organize recruitment and training for new staff in the Production Areas as required by the general operation of the Company;
10.Maintain the confidentiality of the Company at a high level and inform the Manufacturing Director of any activities that may cause operational problems;
11.Perform any additional duties or specific tasks that may become necessary due to operational requirements and as instructed by the Manufacturing Director.


Qualifications:
1. A Degree in Mechanical , Engineering or other related fields, a preference in Master;
2. 5 Years' experience in leading production and experience to introduce product from oversees to local production;
3. Good knowledge of manufacture process, CNC programming, fixture, cutting tool and process control tool like Process Capability Study, SPC etc.;
4. Familiar with CNC machine tool selection is more suitable candidate;
5. Good communication skills, written and oral, with experience of cross-cultural communication;
6. Action orientated, friendly, with good interpersonal skills; Long-term personal development aspiration.
