岗位职责：

1、对公司各项目进行安全物业务工作指导和检查；

2、贯彻公司安全年度工作重点，并撰写相关工作计划和实施方案，监督执行；

3、管理辖区内各单位的相关备案文件资料；

4、按期完成公司安全业务绩效考核；

5、组织建立秩序维护管理标准并对各项目提供培训；

6、掌握公司各项目管理现状，定期检查，及时发现品质问题，提出整改建议。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，能熟练掌握office办公软件及其他现代办公设备，具有较强的管控能力；

2、五年以上物业安全管理工作经验及品质部工作经验者优先；

3、有撰写物业标准化手册和绩效考核经验；

4、表达沟通能力强，适合公司对下属各项目的专业技术综合指导和管控；

5、具有良好的英语能力者优先。
