Job Description.

ATS has an exciting opportunity in its Chinese division for a Technical Project Lead. Reporting to the China Country Manager, the key function of this role is to lead the solution development of the digital transformation offers to manufacturing industry customers. He/she contributes to the success project management and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solution proposal of smart digital process in manufacture shop floor, typically include OT system application, machine to machine, machine to system connectivity, etc.
• Propose and assist in the sales activities, customer presentation and technical discussion and demo process.
• Manage the IT/OT project deliveries, though WBS plan and management, resource integration, schedule implementation, risk and change management.
• Deploy the best practice project management in the ATS and Prince II framework
• Deep dive and hands on with new technical application.

Requirement:

• Location: Prefer to be in Suzhou or Shanghai.
• Minimum 5 years technical related experience - must include complex information system definition and deployment exposure, with the capabilities to identity the work load, risk and mitigation.
• Experience with manufacture requirement, ideally, he/she with factory operation background.
• Shall have broad knowledge of the information and manufacture application domain, include and not limit to M2M, factory automation layer, SCADA, MES, Database, Data Analytics, etc.
• Understand the best practice of project management
• Can shape the technical solution, open to new approach, and keep on-time project close
• Good verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English
