Position summary:
Responsible for the regular business management of prod. Group(Production management/Production Engineering), improve the business level base on the process improvement required.

Responsibilities

1.Managing for routine management(Daily production/Problem solving/Engineering level improvement etc)
2.Participate Group yearly Target releasing and responsible for these targets pushing.
3.Responsible for Production Engineering overall engineering level uplifting and process improvement pushing
4.Responsible for the internal training and team work building
5.Communication with related department and external company

Job Requirements :
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Over five-year work experience at production management.
3.Major in:Engineering major is preferred.
4.Skills:
Similar with production management / production process/ process improvement:Similar with IE skills:Know quality management methods. Familiar with computer office software.
5.Foreign Language:
Fluent English (conversation level) Japanese is a plus
6.Other requirements
High level of team management and leadership skills. Good communication skill , analysis and solving problem skills.
