1、协助护士长做好护理部的内部管理工作；

2、负责护理部现场管理，不断提高服务水平；

3、负责检查落实相关物品的规范使用和处理及各项记录归档备查；

4、负责在店客户的沟通工作；

5、负责护理人员的培训工作，提高护理人员的操作能力和考勤工作;

6、 不需要值夜班。

任职资格

1、护理专业大专以上学历，护士级或及以上职称；

2、有2年以上月子中心同岗位管理经理；

3、亲和力强，优秀的服务意识，良好的职业道德和团队协作精神；

4、有组织分析能力，有熟练的护理特殊技术操作能力；

5、具有良好的团队精神，主人翁精神，服务意识、责任心、事业心、管理能力较强。
